R.A.D. BALLET PROGRAM: (ages 5 – 18)
The Royal Academy of Ballet program is a world leader in the training of professional ballet dancers and teachers. They represent a guarantee of quality training and retain record of teachers exam entrants to ensure the quality of training remains up to their standard.
Although classes are structured by the R.A.D. cirriculm and discipline, our experienced teachers bring an enjoyment to ballet encouraging free movement and working on full ballet productions with a storyline all will enjoy being a part of.
We are fortunate to have two accredited teachers on staff, Mrs. Fritha King and Miss Kelly Jones-Hart. Both teachers work jointly in all age divisions and have had above average success in both graded and major examinations.
Pointe classes are offered to those students who have advanced to a level where injury is not a concern. Each student is assessed on an individual basis and parents are met by the teacher personally to discuss proper pointe shoe fittings.
